Christmas Day

Santa was here! A new doll house for Meredith A train set for Ian A couple of cuties! Merry Christmas! Attempting to get a photo of all three by the tree....take one Take two... We give up! We love our new pjs I was so impressed by Adam today. He assembled this lego fishing boat entirely by himself.

Christmas Eve

The Santa Visit

Once again a crying photo with Santa. The twins were super excited to visit with Santa, as was Adam. They were all doing great when we first got up close with Santa. A photographer elf then was moving Ian into position for a photo and he lost it. Meredith was a chain reaction. Good times. At least we were not waiting in line for too long. Maybe next year will be better?

St. Nick was here!

Adam opened up his stocking while the Babes were still sleeping before school today. What did I get? A PRINCESS! What's this? I love trains! The coveted Princess unders!! Meredith initiated the potty training this week with the promise of Princess underwear. She's doing pretty good so far. Ian received Thomas the Train unders but he's not that excited about them. Someday soon, I hope.

Big Kid Beds!!

First day home from our vacation and we decide to take down the cribs and put up the big kid beds. They slept great at their nap today. We had to go in and wake them up. Here are a few pics of the wake up call this afternoon. Sound asleep Waking Sleeping Beauty She loves her new pink bed We opened Ian's door and found him smiling at us. I'm just happy he was still in bed. Ian is proud of his big boy bed. We are making such a big deal about them being "big kids" now that when Meredith woke up she said she wanted to wear pink "unders". She knows that big kids get to wear underwear. Now I just need to tackle the potty training task. It's on my list.

Marco Island Trip

Ian said his favorite part of the trip was going to the beach. Bathing beauty Sandcastles with Grandpa Wilson Breakfast of champions....a chocolate donut and raspberries (eaten off of your pointer finger, of course) Sunset at dinner one night More beach! Ian loved walking in the water. He couldn't get enough of the beach. Another one of the bathing beauty. Meredith enjoyed the beach too. She was busy playing in the sand or she spent time washing her hands and shoes in the water. Another sandcastle Meredith? Silly girl Finished castle What's next? All cleaned up after the beach CANNONBALL! After our ice cream stop we found a place with live music. The kids had fun dancing until Ian collided with Meredith. It ended quickly after the crash. Spent a morning at a fun park on the island. We found a metal bridge and the kids enjoyed the loudness of their marching feet on the bridge. Still marching Meredith kicked it into super speed Fishing with Grandpa Adam said they caught 7 fish this year. Thanks again Grandma and Grandpa Wilson. We loved spending the week together and had so much fun!
